I create my handmade farmhouse plate collection using black clay. The plates, which you can use to serve all kinds of food, are made entirely from hand-rolled, shaped, and burnished clay slabs, achieving their final appearance through hand-distressing. The patterns are completely handmade. Therefore, no two pieces are exactly the same.
More pieces and colors will be added to the collection seasonally.
Care of Your Plates
All plates are handmade. For this reason, slight variations in size, shape, color, and glaze may occur compared to what you see in the pictures, which makes each piece unique and one-of-a-kind. All plates are made using non-toxic, food-safe clays and glazes. They are microwave safe and dishwasher safe. I particularly recommend minimizing the contact of the unglazed surfaces of your ceramics with foods or drinks that may leave stains.
