I craft my handmade farmhouse plate collection using black clay. These plates, which you can use for serving appetizers, mezes, or breakfast items, are made entirely from hand-rolled, shaped, and burnished clay slabs, achieving their final appearance through hand-distressing. Therefore, no two pieces are identical.
The handmade patterns on the plates are both distinct from one another and create a surprising sense of harmony when brought together.
More pieces and colors will be added to the collection seasonally.
Care for Your Plates
All plates are handmade. For this reason, slight variations in size, shape, color, and glaze may occur compared to what you see in the photos, which makes each piece unique and one-of-a-kind. All plates are made using non-toxic, food-safe clays and glazes. They are microwave-safe and dishwasher-safe. I recommend minimizing the contact of the unglazed surfaces of your ceramics with foods or drinks that may leave stains.
