A first encounter with clay.

This is the piece from the very first time my hands touched clay in elementary school. It still hangs by my studio door, greeting everyone who enters. It reminds me of where it all began.

The tables I grew up around.

In my Circassian family, the table was a place of generosity. Food, conversation and the pleasure of being together shaped what gathering means to me.

Rooted in Anatolia and shaped by the Mediterranean, each piece is made by hand, carrying the warmth, character and traces of the hands that created it. Rustic, yet refined, warm and considered, Deep pieces are made not to be kept away, but to be lived with.

For us, setting a table is a ritual. Sometimes spontaneous, sometimes imagined days in advance. It is about gathering, sharing, generosity, long conversations and the pleasure of creating something beautiful for the people around us.

And once a Deep piece leaves our hands, it begins another life. Mixed with objects already loved and collected, placed on different tables and surrounded by different people, it becomes part of something entirely personal. New conversations, celebrations, quiet dinners and memories begin to gather around it.
